I really enjoyed my stay at Ardsley Acres Hotel Court. the place was clean, and the staff were efficient and friendly. My room was a comfortable size, featuring a king-sized bed, microwave, and hairdryer. Plus, it’s located in a peaceful area of Yonkers, making it a great option for relaxation.

The rooms were newly renovated and lovely looking with smoke detectors for our safety. Secluded location of this cheap hotel was a bonus.

Their staff were very rude.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to a nearby hill, shops, restaurants, and the charming area of Sleepy Hollow.

I got spotless room with a king bed and microwave, as example as advertised. The food was different with lots of options.

If you are looking to stay someplace pretty cheap for the area and decent quarters - this is a nice choice.

The hotel is a great value - our son is a student at Fordham and this hotel is a short drive from the Bronx. You cannot beat the value! We have been back several times. Ample parking, microwave and refrigerator, free internet, breakfast - it's all good.

Good continental breakfast. Well stocked choice of bagels, toast, pastries, along with usual cereal and apples. Lots of coffee always ready, no wait. Liked having rack of ny City pamphlets as well. Nice new shower sink in room.

Minor concern, bath room seemed to be part way through paint job and then not finished, door to room as well.

Recently renovated old style strip Motel. Staff friendly and helful, clean, good matress, Stayed warm in 20 degree weather. Quick access to highways. Local restaurants and fast food nearby. Furniture good and room well laid out. Has refrigerator and microwave.

Towels were new and clean but a little light weight. Roomwell laid out but no stand for suitcase. Would like to have had a lamp on the witing table.

Several inches of snow had not been shoveled off the steps by 8 am. We had to trudge through it. I thought that was pretty unacceptable, and dangerous.

The price was the best I could find and the staff were friendly. The room had free cable which was nice.

Small breakfast 1 ice machine for the whole place some of the units did not appear to be well kept

The locations was ideal, I was able to drive into the city shop, went to the casino and hit the night life and be back at the hotel room in just a 15-20 min ride. I can't imagin paying the overpriced hotel and parking in the city/
